• Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our US fulfillment center.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
• Shipping is free on orders over $35. Otherwise a flat $4.95 shipping fee applies.
• Subscription orders ship automatically on your schedule — you'll get an email each time one is on the way.

30-day guarantee

If Washeez isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. No need to ship anything back — please consider passing unused sheets to someone who can use them.

Damaged or missing orders

If your box arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email hello@washeez.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement.

Subscription changes

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime before the next order processes. Changes made after an order has shipped apply to the following delivery.
