Privacy Policy

Washeez respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, buy our laundry detergent sheets, subscribe, or join our email and SMS list — and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number (if you opt into texts) and shipping address.
• Order and subscription details: what you bought, when, and your delivery frequency.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
• Basic usage data such as pages viewed, items added to cart and device type, used to improve the site.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your orders and manage your subscription.
• To send order updates, and — if you opted in — offers, laundry tips and Wash It Forward updates.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.

Texts (SMS)

If you opt into text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (payments, shipping, email) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
